Generating movement across ideas, people, and possibility.
Multidisciplinary creative, facilitator, and embodied thinker working at the intersection of creativity, systems, and human experience.
I work with creativity as a lived, embodied process — exploring how ideas emerge, how collaboration functions, and how environments can be designed to unlock imagination, trust, and new ways of seeing.
My background spans performance, choreography, facilitation, leadership, and strategy, unified by a consistent focus on human dynamics, systems, and possibility.
When we engage the body, we expand what becomes possible.

I bring a cross-sector view shaped by decades working as an artist, nonprofit leader, facilitator, and systems thinker — along with a deep curiosity for identifying the right questions.
Here are a few questions that inform my current thinking:
What becomes possible when we stop treating the body as secondary to thinking and instead let it lead?
How does language exist in the body, and how can we use that understanding to more effectively shape change?
How can creativity function as infrastructure within organizations and systems?
Where are the untapped leverage points within arts and cultural ecosystems?
How can embodied practice inform collective problem-solving?
Meet Emily
I’m a highly creative, multifaceted thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit and a dyslexic brain that allows me to perceive systems, patterns, and possibilities in dynamic, interconnected ways.
Dance is my research method, storytelling tool, and lens for seeing the world differently. At the intersections where dance meets physical, mental, and emotional health, cultural heritage, artistry, storytelling, entrepreneurship, and social change, something powerful becomes visible:
When we engage the body, we expand what becomes possible.
My work centers on guiding people through the creative process — through storytelling, choreography, facilitation, mentorship, writing, and embodied exploration.
