A creative partner using dance as a tool for storytelling, innovation, and future-focused thinking.

Meet Emily

A woman with wavy blonde hair wearing a white t-shirt and patterned black and white skirt dancing with a curved spine and arms overhead, against a background with an abstract coral shape

I’m a highly creative, multifaceted being with an entrepreneurial spirit and a dyslexic brain that helps me understand the world in an interconnected and dynamic way.

Dance at the Intersection is a container I’ve developed to house my current offerings ranging from creative work to facilitation and consulting, to artist mentorship, to writing and physical explorations.

The key question on my mind is: What could be possible if we embodied dance as a tool for positive change?

Work with Me

  • Group of people dancing outdoors with arms outstretched, in front of a brick building with signs and lights.

    Commission or Collaborate

Dance can help you tell a story, bring a space to life, build community, or facilitate social interaction in a unique and engaging way - the possibilities are endless! You bring an idea, I’ll find the intersection with dance and something transformational will emerge.

  • A girl performing a handstand against a colorful graffiti wall wearing a teal hoodie, jeans, and sneakers.

    Share Your Passion for Dance

From online courses to mentorship to skill-building, I help people who were born to be dancers transform their skill, artistry, and passion into classes, performances, events, festivals, street parties, films and more!

    THE WORLD NEEDS MORE DANCERS!

  • Modern conference room with a large wooden table, orange leather chairs, a small plant on the table, a colorful abstract artwork on the white wall, glass walls with black frames, and gray curtains.

    Facilitation and Consulting

I partner with philanthropic organizations and investors in the arts to design innovative programs and strategies that fuel a vibrant performing arts ecosystem. The current system is flawed, but there are win win opportunities ready to be implemented!

It will feature written, video, and illustrated thought pieces. I will offer perspectives, ask questions, explore ideas, and challenge narratives and I will make the case for why I think THE WORLD NEEDS MORE DANCERS.
